Payment

Order Notes

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error.

Delivery

Your order will be sent to you by Courier and should reach you within 28 days. You should note that we are only able to deliver to locations within Mainland United Kingdom postcodes unless by prior arrangement. The following postcodes are classified as Non-Mainland UK addresses: Scottish Highlands (Post Codes AB4, 5, 33, 35-38, 44, 45, 51-56, FK18-21, G84, IN1-28, 30-36, 40, 52-54, 63, KA27, 28, KW1-14, PA20-40, PH20-22, 25, 26, PH30-41, 49, 50, TR21-25, Isle of Wight (postcodes PO30-41), Isle of Man (postcodes IM), Channel Islands, Northern Ireland (postcodes BT), and Ireland. Additional postage may be required for delivery of goods to these areas.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
